Scope of the statement

Tiszta Energiák Kft., as the operator of the online shop at elektrorider.eu , is committed to making the online shop accessible to everyone in accordance with accessibility legislation. We pay particular attention to Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council and to the provisions of Hungary’s Act XVII of 2022 on the general rules for compliance with accessibility requirements for products and services.

This statement applies exclusively to the online shop operating at https://elektrorider.eu .

Compliance status

The elektrorider.eu website currently partially complies with the applicable accessibility requirements. Despite our efforts, some elements may not always fully meet the relevant requirements.

Content that is not fully accessible

The following types of content are currently inaccessible or only partly accessible:

  • older marketing documents, such as product information in PDF format,
  • some embedded videos or media that do not always include subtitles or narration,
  • dynamic or interactive functions, such as product configurators and cart modules, that cannot be fully used with every assistive tool,
  • the accessibility of some functions may also depend on the online shop’s technical provider, and therefore on whether the provider makes those functions available in an accessible format.

Accessibility limitations:

  • Some content cannot be modified for technical reasons or because of copyright restrictions.
  • In some cases, making existing content accessible would entail disproportionate costs or effort.

Requesting an accessible alternative

At the request of affected users, our company undertakes to make an accessible version of the requested content available within 15 days, provided this is technically feasible. Requests may be submitted using the contact details in this statement.

Basis of the statement

This document was prepared on 10 July 2025 on the basis of Tiszta Energiák Kft.’s self-assessment. We review the online shop’s accessibility regularly and schedule the necessary improvements.
