Pusztai Joci
An electrical engineer, he has worked in the renewable energy industry for more than twenty years and has ridden motorcycles since childhood. Elektrorider brings together his technical curiosity, entrepreneurial experience and passion for riding.
He looks for the next opportunity in both technology and the market. The aim is to build support around good vehicles that riders and partners can rely on over the long term.

He has ridden motorcycles since his teenage years. From classic machines to today’s electric models, he has used many kinds of two-wheelers and also relies on electric motorcycles for urban travel.
When helping you choose, he focuses on real use: how the motorcycle feels to ride, what the particular version can do and which details need to be clarified to turn the purchase into a rewarding riding experience.

We operate through our own companies in Hungary, Romania and Serbia. We work with more than 20 dealer partners in 8 countries and ship throughout Europe.
We are in direct contact with manufacturers. We discuss products, technical questions and local market needs. We pass customer and service experience back to the manufacturers.
We also organise purchasing, imports, logistics and warehousing. This means accessible expertise and parts support remain available after the motorcycle is purchased.

We produce our own photos, videos, tests and product presentations. We take motorcycles to the track, show the differences and discuss practical aspects of use.

We add our own experience to manufacturers’ materials. This helps customers and dealer partners make better-informed choices, understand products more accurately and access useful content.

Sharing knowledge with partners
We also make our organised in-house and manufacturer materials available to partners in a shared Drive folder. We support our work together with in-person and online partner training, as well as direct commercial and technical contact.

Help with the first steps
Choosing a model is just the first step. We also help with questions about collection, the user manual, maintenance and related administration.

Service and parts
We handle service and warranty requests in a central system. When ordering parts, we check the right solution against the exact model, version and identifiers.

Ordering and collection
We process orders for in-stock items within 48 hours. We arrange the collection or delivery date for each specific order.

Documentation and administration
We organise product data, manuals and parts catalogues, and coordinate documentation and compliance tasks for bringing products to market. We manage registrations and customer support enquiries in a central CRM system.

Hands-on training with real vehicles
As a partner training provider in dual vocational education, we welcome mechatronics students. They gain practical experience working alongside our specialists on real electric vehicles.
Magyar Autóklub
Making electric motorcycling understandable
As an official partner of Magyar Autóklub, we also take part in rider education. Understanding the technology, choosing the right vehicle and using it responsibly are all part of our work.
Elektrorider has been the e-mobility division of Tiszta Energiák Kft. since 2019. The company’s foundations go back to 2009.
